33cl Bottle from De Molen shop. Single hop Marynka. Chestnut colour, huge light-beige head. Aroma of plastic, glue, hint of black liquorice, some caramel/burnt sugar. Flavour is burnt sugar, yeast, plastic bitterness, just light nutty, some dark fruits, firm bitter finish, dry. Light-bodied, over-carbonated. Not a cracker (yes, pun intented).

Smells nice, but tastes a bit too modest. Too much CO2, so the chestnut is hard to detect.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy red color, full sized beige head that lasts for quite some time. Smell and taste malts, hops, a touch of sweetness and something odd I can’t quite put my finger on. Fizzy carbonation, average to medium body. Hmm I’m not impressed and I’m used to better beers from this brewer.

Bottle @ benzai. Slightly hazy brown colour with a big off-white head. Smells malts, herbs spices, hint of hazelnut, wood. Tastes sweetish, wood, herbs and spices. Dry feel, medium body, fizzy carbo.

Bottle from ABC Beers, courtesy of Deanso. Poured a cloudy dark amber with a frothy white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is light hop, light citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with a liqourice bitter malt palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not an American IPA!
