Collaboration with Smith Street Taps. Stone fruits, dried apricots mixed with a hint of liqouice. Medium bodied caramel tart apple peels, warmth considerable amount of vanilla and tannin. Short and dry bready finish.

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a clear dark amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, herbal, aromatic, green apple. The flavour is light bitter sweet, with a smooth, light caramel malt, creamy, chamomile, apple palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Heart of Darkness - Singapore, pours a dark rusted red with a small off-white head. Aroma is very malty, with lots of English caramel malt, toffee and bready notes. Flavour follows accordingly, with lots of toasted caramel upfront, followed by dry dark fruits, bready malt and toffee. As malty as it is, it's not too sweet. Expertly done.
