Inspired by the Irish, our red beer is in line with beers that are drunk in pints in pubs, in the evening or after work. Brewer's words: The 3 malts we use give it its coppery robe and gives it a savoury taste of caramelized cereals. The 2 selected hops are full of sweet and floral notes. This beer is a mainstay of our range. It has character but remains very accessible.

As Le Crétin des Alpes La Rousse d'Alpages. Slightly hazy pale amber colour, good frothy off-white head, dissipates slowly to a small layer, light lacing. Aroma light toasted malt, caramel, light red fruit, some acidity. Flavour light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, candy sugar. Medium body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, light malty sweetbitter finish, caramel, bit roasty, okay.
