The white beer of Sassenage is a sure value of our range which combines perfectly softness and taste. The words of the brewer: The wheat and the white yeasts build a beautiful balance between a voluptuous body and aromas of citrus and spices at the same time fine and complex. This always very pleasant recipe is part of the tradition of Belgian and Bavarian wheat beers with little bitterness, a spicy nose and a lot of roundness in the mouth.

Bottled 750ml. -from Casino Albertville as Le Cretin des Alpes La Blanche. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, yeasty and light fruity nose. Milky yeasty, light spicy, light floral (probably gentian) and bitterish finish.

0.75 L bottle; name on the label is quite interesting: La Crétin des Alpes - La Blanche ; opalescent pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma of wet wheat, some citrusy, lemon grassy and yeasty notes; taste of bread crusty, lemony-citric acidy, some yeasty and also hoppy-bittery notes; not bad at all
