Frothy one, soft, some cheese, wood, low carbo, smooth, soft and gentle gueuze, has a slightly iron touch in the base, still like this one. Dry finish

Bottle 37.5 corked and caged, from my 'cellar' bought October 2014, @home poured into a tumbler. Typical gueuze nose. Brilliant medium amber colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma green apples, half ripe gooseberry, barnyard, some wood, horse blanket, light vinegar. Very smooth taste, sweet and sour, light bitterness, sour apples, gooseberries, tart, barnyard, wood. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, lingering smooth sweet and sour aftertaste, tart, light peppery notes, excellent dry and tart finish, all in all an excellent brew.

EB winter blind tasting. Crazy good. Drinks like a 10 year old 3 Fonteinen aged in a really good cellar. Blew us away!
