375 ml bottle. Pours unclear dark honey golden, no head. Green apples, barnyard, funk, brett, wild honey, grapefruit and lemon zest, oak barrels. Dry acidic sourness, slightly sweet. Full bodied, oily texture, low to soft carbonated, dry sour finish. Very complex, very balanced, nice!

O, pojawilo sie troszke korkowopiwnicznych nutek, ale nieprzeszkadzajaco. Do tego nieco bardziej cierpki niz swieze gueuze od PT. Nadal pyszka wielka, fajnie zlozona, bo sporo wszystkiego. Moze owocowosci mniej niz w swiezym. Sporo skorzanych nut. Siano.

Bottle: Poured a dark golden with a white head, dissipated fast into the beer leaving whispers. Aroma is funky, barnyard, fruity, woodsy, vinous. Taste is tart funky fruit, acidic, vinous, burns as it goes down in a good way.
