Csak fátyolszerű hab, gyönyörű vörösréz szín. Fűszeres, kissé fehérboros, szőlős, enyhén animális illat. Fűszeres, fehérboros, pezsgős, enyhén istállós ízek. Enyhén savanykás, erősen szénsavas, alig kesernyés. Nagyon finom, jól kiegyensúlyozott, nagyon jó arányokkal operáló sör.
