When making our next IPA we decided to manically hop it with our favourite kinds of hops: we threw in the classic American Citra and Mosaic, Australian Galaxy, controversial New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and the raising star of American hop farms, Sabro. Add an experimental yeast mix and you get Amok, a beer definitely different to all our brews.
On the nose, tropical and citrusy aromas, followed by white grapes and strong coconut and fruit flavours.

Żółte, zamglone, niska gęsta piana. W aromacie soczyście, owocowo. Melon, pomelo, gruszka, brzoskwinie, winogrona. W smaku chmielowe, owocowe, nieco granulatu. Przede wszystkim białe owoce, lekki cytrus. Wysycenie niskie. Goryczka niska w stronę średniej. Poprawna, przyzwoita IPA.

Bottle. Nearly clear golden, white froth. Passionfruit, peach, pine aroma. Juicy flavour, hreen hops, passionfruit, pineapple. Slightly chewy mouthfeel with a good, rough hop burn. Late, light caramely sweetness.

Bottle, 6.1%. Good juicy hop aroma, hint of fruit and armpit sweat. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is dusty, lemony without much of the acid, papery, fruity. Late grapefruit bitterness, but more fruity than actually bitter. Great isotonic mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours hazy light straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and grass, with notes of yeast and malt, and touches of fruit. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with estery and malty notes and mild fruity touches. Estery and grassy aftertaste with citric hints. Not bad!

Żółta barwa, zamglone, piana opada pozostawiając firankę. W aromacie świeżo, wyczuwalne zarówno białe owoce jak i cytrusy. W smaku również przyjemnie owocowo. Goryczka na średnim, odpowiednim poziomie, nasycenie na niskim. Przyjemna IPA.

Fajowo owocowe, tropikalnie i cytrusowo po pol, slodkie, nie taki soczek i nie takiw strone granulatu czy szorstkosci. Fajne do chlania i bardzo dobre piwko. Do tego takie niezobowizujace :)
