On tap at La Cidrerei, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out gentle rustic saison yeast and crisp crackery malt. Flavour isn't terribly complex, with gentle rustic saison yeast and crisp biscuity malt. Not much depth here, but maybe it's the small sample I had. It's okay.

Tap at ‘cow skin’ bar Strasbourg. Clear golden with white head. Flowery, cloves, sweet wheat and malts, allspice, light yeast, sugary grains. Quite sweet, just medium bitter. Medium bodied. Meh.
