Ausgeglichener zitrusbitterer Antrunk mit zusätzlich erdig-blumigen Noten. Die Bitterkeit bleibt stark und überflügelt die meisten weiteren Aromen, eine trockene Hopfennote begleitet sie dabei. Ein sehr bitteres und angenehm hopfiges Bier, dessen Nachgeschmack noch lange spürbar ist. 8/9/7/9/8/9

Sharply hoppy, grassy and bitter in mouth all at the same time; and a rich bitter aftertaste with a delicious herby bouquet. Grapefruit zest develops in time. Beautifully crafted, exquisite. draft @ Delirium, Brussels. Ambrée orange, mousse blanche. Arôme, fleur de houblon / citron avec un aspect herbeux et de levure qui donne toujours ce nez de céleri qui se ressent plus dans la mousse. Malt est en retrait. En bouche, note le pale malt avec une amertume qui se fait plus présente gardant cette influence de lager tout en faisant un petit clin d’œil à l’Amérique. Garde au fini, un côté métallique avec une bonne effervescence.

Bottled. In spite of the recommendation of drinking it straight out of the bottle - I had it in a glass, where it poured a amber-golden color with a nice light tan head. The aroma has notes of hops, chewy malt, caramel, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, lemon, and grass on a malty caramel background, leading to a bitter finish.
