Can - hazy light gold with a thick, soapy lace - softly herbal and floral in the nose, with light hints of funk, honey, crusty bread - full, soft carbonation in the mouth - mostly dry, with a complex herbal profile and a peppery, medium bitter finish - throughout there are notes of dandelion, lemon, hints of earthy, dusty yeast - dry, lightly funky finish, with lingering pepper - I think it's pretty dang good.

Keg at Bottlecraft - San Diego. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a big, frothy, pure white head. Lovely aroma, some grass, green herbs, wheat flakes, lemon peel, straw. Light sweet flavour with notes of grapefruit, zesty lemon and grapefruit, some wheat bread, mellow grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, with further zesty citrus, some pithy grapefruit, saison yeast, dried herbs, grass. Pretty solid overall.

On tap at MBCC green (fourth) session. Fair lacing down the glass from a medium sized white head. Misty pale yellow body. Rather vague lemony hops on the nose. Saison fruity taste, lightly spiced and joined by grainy malts. Mid-sweet fruity ending. Fair enough. (Copenhagen 12.05.2018).
