We love science and we have been feverishly working in the lab to bring you our most recent achievements. We started with the Straight Outta Middletown grain bill, supersized the citra portion, applied our latest and greatest technology (think of the EQ juice in raining belma and last batch of MC²) and ended up with January Fluctuation on steroids with the most amount of EQ juice to date.

Straight Outta The Laboratory pours a hazy bright tangerine and has aromas of freshly squeezed citrus, lime, grapefruit, and a tropical character that makes actual tropical fruit green with envy. The flavor is explosive with notes of bright tropical orange juice, mango smoothie, and dank grass. It’s resinous and chewy with an escalating brightness and a just a touch of residual sweetness balanced by a soft bitterness. We are particularly proud of this beer as it’s the culmination of months and months of hard work (since January Fluctuation).

473ml can. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, piney, grassy and slightly resinous, hoppy aroma, notes of lemon peel, lemon pith, orange peel, lemongrass, a touch of pineapple, melon, whiffs of weed, somehow neutral, pale malty background. Taste is zesty bitter, juicy, citrusy fruity, slightly tropical fruity, hoppy, notes of lemon, lemon peel, orange peel, some lemongrass, mango, again rather neutral, pale malty basis or, let's say, a pale malty caught up in the legwork of supporting the exposition of hop flavours without independent aspirations and (almost) without residual sweetness; well hidden alcohol, lingering, minimally pungent, bitter hoppy finish. Slightly creamy, watery texture, dry, minimally pungent, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Intensely hoppy, quite bitter for a NE-style (T)IPA - very good, not outstanding.

Can shared in Canary Wharf - cheers to Sr. Tipple. Pours murky orange-gold with a foamy, white head. Good stuff, thick and rich, lots of citrus puree, fleshy tropical fruits. Full bodied and chewy, with fine carbonation. Moderate warmth in the finish, more juicy citrus. Very good.
