33cl bottle at Kulminator, Antwerp. Pours very dark, close to black, with a beige head. Roasty aroma with licorice, dark chocolate, some wooden and liqueur like notes, faded hops with fruity notes and hints of citrus. Sweet, roasty and flavourful. Smooth and very well balanced. Well integrated alcohol. Delicious!

Flaska från Etre Gourmet, 2011 vintage. Söt och kryddig doft och smak. Pors, muskot, ingefära och torkad lite syrlig frukt. Stor söt kropp, len munkänsla, ingen alkohol som sticker ut alls, lite söt och lätt syrligt torkade bär och frukter typ körsbär, fikon, tranbär. Lite Pannepot-karaktär helt enkelt och riktigt gott. Humlen är helt försvunnen.

Bottle from Etre Gourmete bottle looks pretty old rosty cap etc but is vintage 2011 cons 2015-03-06 Duved AR: cheery vinos, dark black chocolate, figs and pruns when poured some old ginger bread AP: murkey dark brown, frothy/stouty steady cream brown head F: rich carbonation, wee cloves, dark chocolate, warming feeling, wee grainy, dry, vinos, still OK but were probably better some years ago?

Lovely dense beige head on top of heavy black body. Smooooth nice aroma. Coffee, some dark sugar, chocolate and some oak. Fine thick body but probably a bit to much carbonation. Made it a bit “fizzy”. I like this beers a bit soft carbonated. Complex and lovely flavor. Caramel and toffee coming up. Mild coffee and some chocolate. Dangerously well hidden alcohol. This one is extreme easy drinkable. Really pleasant and tasty stuff.
