16 ounce can from Canal’s in Lawrenceville, NJ. Hazy reddish pink color. Frothy pink head. Tart cherry and raspberry nose. First sip is as advertised. Tangy cherry and raspberry. Some yeasty funk as well. The vanilla and milk sugar add an element of sweetness that helps to balance the tartness.

On tap at Arts and Crafts Amsterdam Ave. Pours red. Sweet red fruit, cherry, raspberry, syrupy. Good body. Decent.

Bouteille 650ml, gracieuseté de darcyk, lors du CanBIF Fall 2018, Thanks Darcy! Couleur rouge-orangée trouble, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de cerise, vanille, framboise, pépin de framboise. Goût de cerise, acidité moyenne-faible, framboise. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-faible.

On tap pours out pink red topped with a small head. Nose is nice cherries raspberries some vanilla cream sweetness. Tatse is more of the nice fruit berries and cream.

Draught @ Malt & Mold. Extremely strange hazy pinkish concoction that looks like baby food, with small whitish foamy head that’s gone immediately, faintly acidic raspberry aroma, adequate carbonation, sour taste with raspberry flavor, somewhat thick body, long sour finish. Fruity and tart but not a favorite for me.

Sampled on draft at 3 Rivers this beer poured a salmon color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart cherry, yeast and salt. The flavor was tart, tangy and sour with cherry pie filling and salt. Very long finish. Medium bodied. Exceptionally tasty.

Draft at Beltway Brewing Company. Poured a very hazy, pale pink-red color with not much of a head to speak of at all. Aroma was light raspberries, some mild tartness, sweet.

At Whole Foods, Gowanus bottle: pours murky pinkish red with a whitish head. Aroma is cherry and raspberry and soda and funk. Taste is uour typical slight sour sophiaticated alcopop that we have come to expect from Grimm. Pop is a fitting name.

Bottle. Pours hazy pink, large off-white head, dissipates leaving quite a bit of lacing. Aroma is cherries, raspberry, lemon, lactobac. Really does kind of smell like one of those red&white raspberry swirl candies. Flavor is light tart, lactose and berries. Light body. Quite a pleasant beer, and as a bonus my wife likes it too!
