Can: Clear copper with a tall beige head. Caramel, pine aroma. Taste is slightly sweet caramel malt, mildly spicy pine/citrus. A nice cooling spruce feel to it. A little plain.......but a nice change from the typical Christmas cinnamon/nutmeg bombs.

Revolution Brewing Fistmas I picked up this can last winter and have held on to it since then. The beer pours a deep red-brown with a thick light beige head. The aroma is full of citrusy hoppiness with a sweet caramel malt backbone and hints of spices. Medium bodied with a raspy carbonation. The beer is substantially maltier than I expected with biscuit, orange, caramel, citrus zest and spices (cinnamon/allspice). I’m not sure how this was when fresh but it’s drinking beautifully at the moment with loads of balanced flavor.

Enjoyed many many times at many different places. DIdn’t take tasting notes at any of them, but I assure you...if you’re reading this, you should have one of these beers.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a slightly hazy orange-caramel color with a medium sized foamy orange-tan head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was toasty with rough fruity and piney hops and hints of vague spice. The flavor was bitter with rough fruity hops, crystal malt and faint vague spices. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.
