Dit geelgoud gerstebier met een kleine hoeveelheid tarwe heeft een heerlijke citrustoets. Door het gebruik van fijne hoppen is dit bier mooi in balans. Hergisting op fles. Bier gebrouwen sinds: 2001

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Spiced and hoppy aroma. Sweet fruity and mild spiced flavoured. Holds a light caramel malt base. Dry spiced and slight malty finish. Simple.

Bottled. Muddy golden, airy head. Perfumy orangey nose. Sweet and soapy. Medium bodied, fairly soft and chewy. Lotts of orange and some grassy hops that gives a bit of bitterness.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and some fields during springtime. Also some spicyness as well as wood. Flavour is yeast, fruits and some malts. Grassyness comes in the aftertaste along with yeast and some mild spices.

Bottle at home ... Light Golden orange ... lovely belgian spiced hop nose ... flavour doesnt match the nose ... with some spicy hop ...little malt ... but no real balance to it. Flavour drops badly on sitting out.

Erupted out of the bottle on opening, unfortunately. Small offwhite head. Light amber body. Spicy fruity honey aroma, kind of sharpish, and semi-alcoholic. Spicy, peppery fruity malt taste, kind of hot, with alcoholic notes. Rounded taste. Dry, wooden honeyish aftertaste. Nice! (0.33l bottle from Dorstvlegel, Antwerp.)

Saurer Geruch, erinnert etwas an eingelegte Gurken. Kräuterartiger und herber Antrunk fast ebenso merkwürdig wie das "Waase Wolf" der selben Brauerei. Saurer und trocken herber Mittelteil, der in einem hopfig-bitteren Finish endet. Ne!!! Test vom 17.3.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,5,5,5,9,5 - 5,50

An unclear orange beer with a huge light orange head and lots of yeast sediment floating around. The flavor is sweet spicy with notes of citrus, and the flavor is very Belgian with notes of yeast and lots of citrus - especially lime coming thru.

Very pale gold; small but dense, quite white head. Something DMS-like: sulphuric, cooked vegetable, specifically celeri, corn, and of course, coriander for masking purposes. This is like a celery extract - flavoured with coriander. What is happening in this brewery? How can they sell it? Light to medium bodied. According to the brewer, "I know b*ll*cks of it". Which still leaves him with an enormous yeast problem. Does he lager this coriander concoction for longer than 1 minute?
