Dark brown, white head. Medium carbonation. Decent ’dubbel’ but nothing special. Easy drinkable, aroma of caramel, balance between sweet and bitter.

33cl Bottle from ABS Drinks Winksele. Slightly hazy ruby-brown colour, creamy and slightly rocky off-white to beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, raisins, burnt caramel, fruity esters, hint of roasted malts. Flavour is medium-sweet, malty, very fruity, dark fruits, raisins, plums, a hint of berries, roasted malts, caramel, light bitter fruity finish. Light to medium-bodied, just a tiny touch over-carbonated. Tasty dubbel.

Aroma is quite dry and woody. Flavour has a rich, fruity sweetness a bit like dried raisins. It’s a full flavour for quite low alcohol.
