Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Hazy orange color, huge soapy white head. Smell malts, lightly hops, slightly fruity. Taste malts, lightly hops, a touch of fruit, someyeast. High fizzy carbonation, average to medium body. No, not a success as an IPA unfortunately.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy amber colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Slightly piney, citrusy hop aroma, strange fruity/mineral/medicamentous overtones. Taste is bitter, slightly grainy, mineral, a fruity touch of red berries; way overcarbonated.

29/XII/13 - 33cl bottle from Biernavigatie (webshop, NL) @ home - BB: X/2015 (2013-1194)
Little cloudy orange beer, big creamy yellow head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: citrus, mango, bit chemical, cheesy touch, some band-aid. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, grassy, chemical bitterness, band-aid again. Aftertaste: little sweet, sugary, more band-aid, chemical bitterness, unpleasant ending. Reminds me of "bitterkoekjes" (apart from the band-aid). And I don't like those.

Bottled, BB Okt 2015, large sample. Initially clear golden color, huge frothy off-white head. Aroma of some grassy hop, spicy yeast, hint of onion and garlic. Like a hopped belgian blonde (what else is new, sigh). Bit bitter in taste, some sweet caramel. Overcarbonated as usual with Klein Duimpje. Mediocre.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a huge frothy white head and lots of lace. The aroma is grassy hop yeast. The flavour is medium bitter with an alcohol inspired bitter malty palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Not sure what yeast was used but it’s not what I would have expected from a Dutch brewer. It tastes like one of the mainstream pale ales from the London breweries. Not bad at all, but needs more work.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, mediumsized slightly off-white fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, floral and some slight rubbery notes with sweet malts. Flavour is quite similar as well. Not the most exciting brew...
