Julia’s in Queens: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is pine, pight citrus, resin, and rye. Taste is rye and bitterness. Nice hop character. Good stuff.

Clear orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, sweet malts, some caramel, honey, ripe fruits, pineapple, mango. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, malty, caramel, resinous, some citrus, peach, ripe fruits. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, caramel malts, grassy touch, very resinous and bitter, dry, grapefruit.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Soapy head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Pepper and tropical fruit aromas. Dry with pumpernickel and resin upfront turning to sweet caramel before the lasting pepper finish.
