This Triple is a performance, powerful and rich at once, without ever falling into excess. This is a beer that spreads its complexity, without falling into heaviness. The color is golden yellow, bright. The nose has touches of honey, candied apricot . The palate is complex, silky, intense, long, fruity with touches of almonds and dried white fruit. The alcohol content is never overpowering and the end is marked by a touch of bitterness that prolongs the pleasure again and again ...

F: very huge, white, extremely stable. C: straw to gold, hazy. A: malt, some grassy hoppy tones, yeast, citrusy, orange peels, apples, some honey. T: quite simple malty, with grassy crispy bitterness on the palate, fruity, orange/tangerine, banana, coriander, medium body but very lively carbo, seems to be simple beer but it´s not so simple, a good one.

Color ambar claro. Un dedo de espuma de aspecto jabonoso. Aroma especiado y a plátano. Bastante carbónica en boca, con cuerpo medio. Predominantemente dulce y frutal, a plátano y algo de piña. Demasiado dulce. Floja tripel.

Pours deep golden with ivory head. High aromas of lemon, yeast, sour cream. Fizzy, sweetish, well structured. Full-bodied, balanced between sourness, metallicity and bitterness. Long finish. Very nice.

Tap at Delirium Amsterdam. Clear amber with big white head. Cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg. Then sweet malts, caramel, dough. Very sweet and spicy bitter finish. Meh.
