A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral notes, light off flavors, so-so. Bottle at Imperial Cerveceria.

Roast and some oatmeal. Sweet, with some dark chocolate. Pours black with decent head. Bittersweet finish with some booze. Tap at La Cigarra in Jalpan.

Bottle from Benito Juarez Airport, Mexico. Pours inky black with large foamy beige head, mocha aroma, low carbonation, lightly sweet bitter chocolate taste with alcohol undertones, thick body, medium bitter mocha finish. Quite passable sweet stout, needs more character.
