Bottle as pictured. Dull IPA aroma. Somewhat hazy looking like a darker hefe. Stuff floating around in there. First taste is kick ass bitter double resinous IPA dull thid, whew. Volatile bitter viscous thick mouth coating pine tar sap over-top a substrate of fresh rubber inner-tube. Seems like more than 6.5% fer sher. Nasty nellie nubing noozy. One of the most bitter mouth puckering brews I’ve had in a while, yes think; double imperial IPA dude. 60 IBU? BS, this is like 200.

Sampled form a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright copper color with a huge foamy orange-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was lemon, lime, pine and cactus. The flavor was lemon, lime, pine, catbox and cactus with sweet sugar and was fairly tangy. Very long mixed hop finish. Medium body. Solid.

Bottle at Winking Lizard Westerville. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, hops and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of resiny hops, fruit and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from One Stop Market. Appearance is hazy light brown/dark orange with nice sparkle, 2-finger width beige head, decent retention and nice sudsy lacing. Aroma is mix of fruit, dank resin hops, light pine and spiciness over malty base. Taste is strong cracker with dank, resinous hops, late fruit and grapefruit. Palate is medium bodied with thick, foamy texture, average carbonation and pleasant, dry bitter finish. Overall, this may be a tad on the bitter side of the spectrum for me, but there is definite complexity here, which I can appreciate.

Bottle at the wasteland of craft beer that is Yankee stadium. Hazed orange gold. Nose is citrus hops and rubbing alcohol. Tastes of orange peel, piney bitters, grain, wet wood, some alcohol. Bitter finish touch of alcohol heat. Fine enough.
