Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

Bottle at the beer bistro
Hazy copper/orange pour, mediim white head.
Big ciitrusy, c-hop aroma, with light cereal malting.
The fiinish is more of the same, pretty straiight forward, nothing bad, but nothing to wriite home about either. .

On Tap pale yellow with a slight fog to it. Thin white head. Good clean fresh hop aromas and flavors. Dry citrus pithiness and a littel grassy sharpness at the end. Clean and light crisp finish.

Draught @ Madison Grill - Hoboken. Slightly hazy dark orange with small beige foamy head, floral hops aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish orange peel taste, somewhat thick body, medium orange peel finish. Very mellow and smooth, must be low IBU.

Bottle to glass. Aroma of caramel malt and pine. Slightly chill hazed with a pristine white head that is somewhat minimal. Taste is really malty - lots of residual sugar. Earthy and slight floral hop flavor. Some grassiness came through in the end. Really just muddled all around.

On tap at Hopjacks. Pours a cloudy yellow with small off white head. The aroma is floral hop and citrus. Thin mouth, sweet honey malt, light citrus, easy to drink, very good.

bottle. Very balanced and smooth IPA. Add it to the "all around" IPAs that I could drink every day

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a decent gentle hazy amber to slight brown color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. The lacing that was left in the wake of the dieing head was somewhat messy and foamy thick.
The smell had a decent balance of citrus hops to caramel malts. There seemed to a decent toffee underneath.
The taste was bitter and sweet at separate times in the beer.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. The carbonation was somewhat harsh as it carried what it should to be decent for the style and for me.
Overall, good AIPA I could have again.
