Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a creamy off-white head. Very sophisticated aroma, sweet fruit, sugary and then a little farty Brett. Slightly tart as well. Rich body, very sweet and fruity, loads of white sugar here. And then comes the tartness and funk rushing in. Not so bitter really. A very complex beer. 030812

Pours hazy peach into a tulip. White head recedes to mottle surface. Sweet summer fruit and band-aid aromas. Sweet tropical fruit upfront turning to bitter band-aid before the hot sour yeast and bitter citrus finish.

11.2 oz. bottle, pours an opaque bright orange with a small white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, brett, loads of funk, very wild smelling, and then some noticeable dry hops in the back, along with some very faint dried tropical fruit peels. Flavour is complex as hell, with shitloads of funk, some wet horse blanket (almost gueuze-like), and lots of Belgian yeast - these are what dominate the beer. The IIPA characteristics are pretty subtle, kicking in later and in the background, with some exceedingly dry citrus peel flavoured hops. Finishes very dry, funky and wild. I definitely get the Orval comparison, but this seems closer to a gueuze. The IIPA qualities are very subdued. A superb beer - very complex and dry.

A orange beer with a weak and blond head. Aroma is at least interesting mix of tropical fruits and brettanomyces, peaches and citrusfruits, green apples and leather saddle. Taste of tropical fruits, fructose, some pine, quite lots of sweetness, brettanomyces and lots of tart, green apples. Medium+ bodied, slippery to drink. Interesting experiment, but not totally succesfull, IPA and brettanomyces are not mixing together very nicely, for separately both elements are nice.

33cl bottle shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow to golden color, small off-white head that quickly becomes a small lacing. Smell yeast, lightly sourish, cellar, dusty, apricot, orangepeel. Taste some hops, some orangepeel, lightly alcohol, some fruits and lightly sourish fruit hints. Medium to full body and carbo.

med amber color, grapefruits, caramel and tons of Brett. Lots of Brett, full bodied, grapefruit , but tons of funk more than anything really drinkable for 10%. funky . Really interesting beer.

Medium, yellow head over amber beer with a greenish-yellow sheen. Exotic fruit as melon, lytchee, citruspeel; also a bit soapy, and something like faraway (horse?)manure. Sweet, very fruity, bitterish (becoming stronger in the finish). Again soapy-perfumed. Sweet, caramelly malt underneath in a strong way. Quite slick, nearly viscous and well-bodied; feels well-carbonated. Does unidimensional ring a bell? And if this is supposed to be totally attenuated, will somebody explain where all these sugars I taste hail from?

At Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus hops, other fruity notes and some good classic brett character. Sweet and fruity flavour with funky brett notes. Quite bitter and a little rough in the bitterness

Bottled, thanks rlgk! Hazy orange/amber, mid sized head. Funky nose with cobwebs and tropical fruit juices. Surprisingly sweet, near full bodied with rounded nouthfeel. Alcohol comes through as plum brandy. Some honey, plenty of funk, bitter orange and mango. Warming orangey bitter finish.
