Bottled at Monk’s CafΓ©, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, rich creamy head. Almondy yeast aroma. Sweet and fruity, salty and softly malty with near full body. There’s Olde English Marmelade, syrup and bitter almonds. Alcohol is well hidden, but surface late as arousing esters. Full flavoured, but a bit sticky.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Slightly sweet, minimal sourish malty and yeasty fruity nose with light herbal hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour, medium to full body, slightly fizzy on the tongue. Pale malt character, slightly citrus-fruity and yeasty; moderately dry, yeasty- and hop-bitter finish with a well-hidden alcohol, just detectable at the very end. Rather unspectacular but also fairly rounded Tripel.
