Many thanks for this bottle to kevnic2008. Piwo o sredniej ale nawet trwalej piance. Kolor zlocisty, i klarowny. W zapachu niewiele mozna wyczuc jakby suszone siano tylko. Smak zwykly delikatny i musujaco orzezwiajacy.

Draught @ Omas apotheke. Fresh, bready, mildy hopped Kölsch that is easy to drink and true to the style.

Very classic Kölsch with snow white head, golden colour and softly malty character, bit neutral and grainy but still delicate, finishing in a brief grassy hop bitterness. May be one of the best-known examples of its style, but I had better ones.

200 ml. draft @ Dom im Stapelhaus. Clear golden with a creamy head, standard look. Nose is pretty grainy mixed with sweet hay, lightly metallic & faint mushroom. Taste is sweetish, hay, sweet yeast, very faintly musty grainy with a light metal edge almost slightly in an industrial pilsner way (something which I didn’t find in neither the Sion or Peters Kölsch’s I tried before this one. This quality made me like this one less whilst the others liked this one more precisely because of this quality. Def. grainier mouthfeel than the two before but still pretty drinkable, overall still pretty enjoyable. Still pretty enjoyable stuff.

50cl bottle pours with a clear gold body supporting a white head. The aroma offers up floral and lime like hop notes with a bit of sweet slightly grainy malts in the background. The taste has a nice hoppy bite of both flavor and mildly bitter hops. The hops are similar to what was found in the nose with sort of a lime and floral hop blend with a bit of minerals and sweet maltiness coming to the surface about midway. The hops surge some into the finish. Pretty nice but misses the fresh crisp snappiness I enjoy in this style.
