Can. Light amber colour, minimal head. Intensive green apple and nothing more. Light bitterness. Very watery. Does not taste like a beer. Awful.

Can. Good foam (widget). Minimal aroma: a little malt and walnut. Taste: soft and smooth, slightly bitter and malt. So sad.

On tap at Fado, Austin. Clear dark amber with a huge tan head that takes forever to settle. Nose is Toffee with some light green fruit. Taste is moderate sweet toffee. Thin very creamy mouth with soft carbonation.

Clear light amber colour, large creamy butter-like off-white head, good retention. Sweet malty aroma, a bit caramel, grainy, bit buttery. Taste medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, rather bland sweetbitter aftertaste.

Bottleshare at Leighton’s Stratoflat. Can from Dan the Man. Clear gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is thin and mildly dry. Very modest carbonation, especially from a can. Thin pale malts, some paper. Trace of creamy sweetness. Esters and a whisper of something fruity. Light semi dry finish. Macro nonsense.

Bottle shared at Leightons place. Thanks? To Daniel for this one. Light golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is sweet nutty malts, diacetyl, light English hops. Flavour is composed of watery grains, light toffee, nutty, light grains. Palate is watery, thin, low carbonation. Dog shit.

Pint on tap at Glyntwrog Inn, Llanrug. No aroma, pale amber beer with small tight white head. Very watery with slight hop/ malt finish, uninspiring. I used to drink Boddingtons with my grandfather over thirty years ago, this is NOT the same beer.

Can, pint. Clear pale amber color with medium creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Aroma is mild malty, grassy and bready. Taste starts with smooth and moderate sweet malt with toffee and caramel following and mild bitter finish. Light body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Incredibly smooth, but boring, too...
