2016 bottle opened in 2026. Holds up quite well. Deep cherry tone. Wheat undertones. Moderate dry sour tone, mostly just lets the cherry shine. Really great beer. I absolutely love Hof ten Dormaal, coolest Farmhouse brewery I've ever been to.

Bottle at home. Aroma is potent tart and sour cherries, oak, mild sweet cherries, sour red fruits, musty notes, touch of funk. Flavour is nicely puckering sour with a little sweetness. Body is medium. Not as complex as a good Kriekenlambiek, but very tasty with tons of sour kriek flavours.

Rich cherry, and a little vinegar. Grapefruit. Murky pinkish red colour. Tart finish. Nice stuff. Bottle.

Bottled. Deep red colour with a small pink head. Aroma is cherries, wood, some mild tartness. Flavour is very similar to the elements of the aroma. Smooth, and easy to drink.

Simple but nice. Dry cherry tartness. Stoney. Good stuff. Love the cherry

(Bottle) Reddish amber colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity, sourish nose with cherries, red berries, almonds and hints of lemon. Fruity, tart taste with notes of tart dark cherries, red fruit, lingonberries, blueberries, almonds, a touch of balsamic vinegar and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Clean and sharp acidity, with a good cherry character. Very nice.

Short lived pink hued head left a purple thick body. Cherry & blueberry aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & very sharp on the back with a clean aft. Bitter/Sweet cherries, blueberry, lactose & vegetal tastes with a long tangy sour finish. Not my style but decent.

Probably won't like this one.. not on vid but based on the checklist. Smell- medium strong, sour cherry smell, basically I know how it will taste already... Foam- thin, sour, biting sourness a bit, bit of sweet notes somewhere, some cherry, eh.. not mine... Head is small, even tiny, quick disappearing, loud pink color. Appearance- unique brewery bottle cap, hazy ruby red color, some very few carbonation bubbles. Taste- sour, cherry, not as sour as when first taking, dry. Well, sourness here is a bit different, there is something to it. Still definitely not my type but this can almost be tolerated. I don't get sour beers, why I even have them?
