En vaso shaker, color dorado, velada, espuma blanca bien conservada. Aroma a fruta de hueso, cítricos, piña, con toque herbal. En boca es jugosa y refrescante, ligeramente dulce y con buen toque de amargor, matices cítricos y afrutadas con buenas notas de lúpulo fresco. Muy disfrutable.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mango, zest, sweet citrus, some sweet malts and mild grassy/hayish notes. Flavour is sweet malts, tropical fruit juicy, zest, mango and has a nice bitterness in the finish too. Nicely bittery, but also balanced up by the malts.

Bottle on 13th December 2020 from Advent Calendar. Pours hazy amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Sweet malty and fruity aroma. Citrus and spiciness in-mouth akin to.a Belgian beer. Lingering finish of citrus peel, malts and spices. Full bodied with an engaging texture. A very interesting beer.

Fra fat på Brew Wild Pizza Bar, delt med Kitty (Madrid sep-19): klar lys gylden med fint skum som varte helt til den lekre pizzaen var både servert og fortært. Deilig syrligfrisk, saftig og lettdrikkelig med rikelige mengder ulike tropiske frukter og delikat furunål. Like fin fruktighet i avslutningen som 15 Hours Mosaic, og litt kraftigere kropp.

15 February 2019. La Quince TTO @ Dok, Ghent. Cheers to Anke! Pours clear pale golden with a lasting, thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of mango, pineapple, yellow apple, lime, mandarin, pine resin, lemon peel, yellow grapefruit. Taste is light fruity sweet, apple & pear & some ripe mango, initiating a medium hoppy bitterness that has pine, grass & grapefruit, faint bitter mango & sourish accent of lime. Dry, piney hoppy finish, more grapefruit & bitter mango, bit bready-yeasty. Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Pretty straightforward APA, nothing wrong here.

On tap at Brew Wild Pizza Bar, Madrid. Pours cloudy golden with small white head. Nice hoppy fruity aroma, citrus, grassy, malty, some light sweetness, moderate bitterness in finish. Light to medium bodied. Better than expected.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruit malty grassy hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus finish.
