This one’s dedicated to our former office cat, Rosé! (Rosé now found a home with Torre, one of our long-time staff members.) Brewed with flaked oats and rice and spiced with a generous dose of hibiscus flowers. Conditioned on a puree of kalamansi and lemon, then dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo. We wish you good health and eternal youth, dear Rosé.
Notes of clementine zest, Campari spritz, pink grapefruit, tart cranberry, and Meyer lemon.

Can at home from BMart for free beer week. Pours dark pink small head. Nose is hibiscus and grapefruits. Tastes of the same hibiscus, grapefruit, touch white zin, honey, lemons, and other perfume notes. Clean palate goes down smooth not much bitterness. This is a brunch beer if I’ve met one.

16oz can thanks to Steve. pours out a hazy redish pink topped with a small head. nose is classic tired hands fruit hops some of the light hibiscus and a bread malt. taste is more of the fruit hops and a light hibiscus.
