Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are brett, malt, fruits, lactose acid and perfume. Nice and sour.

Bottle at Akkurat, January 2012. Cloudy orange body topped by a small off-white head that did not last for a long time. A complex and not very sour Gueuze. Lemon, oak, dry wood, green apples, little bit of everything. Very, very drinkable and elegant. I must drink this again!

Bottle at Akkurat, shared with tarheels86. Cloudy golden color, massive carbonation. Aroma of dusty and sweaty pony. Taste is lemon rind and black pepper, very soft carbonation. Nice.

Bottle marked 21 Nov 1998 with huge thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge rocky white head over a hazy golden body. Great lace and retention. Aroma is delicate. Musty, books, earthy, light citrus, wood, peppery, light blanket and acidic. Taste is acidic, earthy, funky, tannic bitter and floral. Delicate carbonation.

RBESG08. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has earthy notes, with citrus and mint. Tart and earthy, very complex funky flavour. Not too acidic.

Bottle 75cl. @ home.[ Trade by yespr ]. Light unclear golden color with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is barnyard, grapefruit, citrus, cask wood, sour, so complex and so easy ;o)). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, very refreshing and dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively. [20081221] 9-5-9-4-19 Bottle 750ml.Clear medium golden yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy horse blanket, barnyard, leather, fruity, wood, light citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, balanced, fruity, tart, barnyard notes, dry, bubblegum notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Cloudy golden with huge white short lasting head. Quite thick head for a lambic. Sour aroma with wood, grapefruit, barnyard and leather notes. Sour and very complex flavor with grapefruit, barnyard, wood and hay. Very soft and easyly drunk. I could drink this every moning. Excellent!

(6/29/08) Bottle sample at RBESG08 grand tasting in Plzen. Hazy deep golden color with a big white head. Aroma of barnyard, quite a lot of citrus and nice oakiness. Very sour flavor with loads of funky character, lemon, some grapefruit notes and wood. Medium-bodied with soft carbonation. This is outstanding!
