Speciaal gebrouwen voor het Bierfestival Groningen 2016. Gebrouwen door de Groninger brouwerijen voor het behoud van het orgel van de Martini-kerk, Groningen. Gebrouwen in de ketels van Brouwerij Martinus.
Deze milk stout heeft een licht gebrand aroma met tonen van koffie en cacao. De toevoeging van lactose zorgt voor de zoete smaak die dient als tegenhanger van het geroosterde karakter en de bitterheid van de hop.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Cloudy dark brown, rich head. Caramelly milk chocolate aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with bread and salted fruit. Fairly low bitterness.

Bottle, 5%. Very dark brown with big beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, yeast, caramel and dusty. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, little lacto, medium sweet, little liquroice, hop and a little bitter.

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear dark red-brown color, medium to full sized beige head that lasts for quite a while. Smell and taste malts, sweetness, iron, earthy a bit dusty and perhaps a hint of cocoa powder. Average body and carbonation. meh not very good. At least, I don’t like it.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are lactose sugar, milk chocolate, roast malt and hops. Sweet milky finish.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB Jul 2017, large sample. Dark brown color, short frothy brown head. Aroma of roast, dark bread, bit lactic, slight cacao, bit earthy and fruity hop. Quite some roasty bitterness, hint of butterscotch, lactose sweetness, some chocolate. Bit dry in the finish, roasty bitterness. Good beer.

zwart met schuimige kaki kraag. aroma van koffie, melkchocolade, laurier, zeepsop, lactose, lichte hop, geroosterde mout. smaken zijn erg zoet, koffie, vanille, melk chocolade, erg veel lactose, dun, waterig, cacoa, te zoet, off-balance, matige body, lage co2, zacht.... hmmmm komt vrij zoet en een beetje off-balance binnen, net of elke collab brouwer zijn stempel op de een of andere manier op het bier wil zetten.,
