On tap at the brewery. Black with medium brownish head. Chocolate and moderate coffee, spices, cinnamon. Blends nicely. Smooth. Not overly sweet.

Dry, spicy and roasty with some vegetabley aged coffee notes, some hints of chili, vanilla and cocoa. A bit heavy and unbalanced

Refrigerated 75 cl brown 2019 bottle poured into a glass. Black with medium light brown head. Aroma is coffee, medium/thick body, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is coffee, chocolate, and green pepper. Past it’s prime.

Poured from 650mL bottle (2020 vintage) @ Black Valentines. Black with small tan head. Very coffee forward, roast, vanilla, lactose. Nice.

Bottle thanks to John. Pours black with medium tan head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong cacao, roast, peppers, licorice, chicory. Slick body, dark chocolate, licorice, roast, vanilla, nice sweetness, very nice.
Well balanced get all the adjuncts, coffee, cinnamon, chilies, relly nice.

Taster an pitch black with sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of clean cinnamon, coffee, and baking spices. The palate is medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Lightly sweet with moderately intense flavors of cinnamon, dark chocolate, and bakers chocolate.

750 ml bottle. Pours black with short dark tan head. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, sweet black coffee. and slick roasted malts. Flavors of coffee liqueur, dry cinnamon, soy, and oily roasted malts. Seems hotter than the Vanilla.
