From tap at Café Gollem Amstelstraat, Amsterdam. Aroma is strong roast, dark malt, coffee, dark fruits, berries, liquorice. Flavour is mild sweet with a fairly bitter roasty finish. Body is medium, could have been more full considering the style and abv.

Pretty good beer, but not great for the style. Lacks robustness and complex deep flavourz. Oedipous ams

This bottle had flavors all over the place. Bitter, sour spongebob, boozy and stale. Bad batch? Expires end of 2021 but I had to dispose it after four sips. I normally rate Oedipus beers high, so this was a bummer.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately dark malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, cherry, red berries, plum, some dried fruit, raisin, plum, banana, a touch of liquorice, minimally metallic overtones. Taste is dry roasty, slightly chocolately dark malty, minimally metallic, notes of dark chocolate, yeasty fruity hints of dried fruit, raisin, some plum, fig, date. Viscous texture with watery partition, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, soft to flat carbonation. Cannot get a real reference to the name: is Kinderyoga a more simple, weak kind of yoga? Where is the adult yoga Stout? What should I expect from an Adultyoga or Parental yoga Stout if the Kinderyoga is already an Impy Stout at 11%? Well, Kinderyoga is not as preposterous as the real physical practice it refers to, and probably I don't get the spiritual and esoteric aspects involved here, but I'd describe it as rather simple Impy Stout lacking any sign of energy to augment my personal realm of possibie flavour experience. Maybe I have to engage in some serious soul-searching to fully understand how the relevant chakras may be addressed in this case. Mediocre.

Bottle, 0.33l. Thick black pour, one finger creamy brown head. Very good retention, long lasting. Thick lacing on the glass as it goes down. Sweet and fruity nose, notes of forest fruits and figs, slightly roasted, mild coal and woody notes. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Creamy texture, chewy mouthfeel. Smooth and pleasant. Bittersweet taste, roasty and liquory. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and toffee, molasses. Syrupy. Dried fruits, figs. Ashy, coal. Cocoa. Liquory, nicely warming. Slightly sticky. Long lasting finish, dry and boozy. Very good Imperial Stout. Tasty.
