This unique India Pale Ale features our favorite hops—Simcoe®, Amarillo® and Nugget. A generous Amarillo and Simcoe dry hop provide for an assertive, hop-forward nose and front palate. We don’t use traditional bittering hops in our IPA, providing nothing but stimulating citrus and floral characteristics.

Bottle. Earthy/funky orange malt and grapefruit peel aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet earthy barnyard orange malt and moderately bitter pine/grapefruit peel flavor. Great blending. One of the best bottled IPAs I’ve had in quite a while.

Draught. Hazy pale yellow with small foamy off-white head, floral hops aroma, medium carbonation, grassy hoppy taste, abrupt finish. Not bad for an IPA.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours clear orange, medium off-white head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is caramel, pine, citrus, grapefruit, passionfruit. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, pine, dank, passionfruit. Light body; a bit sharp on the palate but otherwise a perfectly fine example of a mainstream IPA.

Pours an amber from a bottle. Aroma is a good piney hoppiness, flavor follows suit. A perfectly fine IPA.

Bottle shared by my uncle Ino. Hazy light orange color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, a hint of sweetish tropical fruits, lightly fruit hops, average bitterness. Decent bitter finish. Decent body, average to medium carbonation. Ok IPA.
