Tap @ Oedipus Brewing’s Carnivale Brettanomyces 2015’s pre-party. Straw-blonde/yellow color, cloudy. White head. Aroma’s: sour, hops, light soft fruit. Retronasal also hints of brett. Flavor is sour, hints of sweet/soft fruit. Light bodied. Finishes dry, light bitter. Nice and refreshing.
