Botella y caña en varias ocasiones, última caña en 02-09-2015 Feria del Lupulo Carrizo. (r319). Botella 33 cl conservada lote 1021J hasta 27-12-2000. Sin mucho más que decir que sabores maltosos y cereales tostados toscos. Fácil de beber. Corriente.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear ruby brown color with medium frothy tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of light roasted malt, caramel, nuts and chocolate. Taste starts with light sweet roasted malt, following is grassy and nutty, mouthfeel is dry and a bit metallic, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Quite an average dunkel, but not bad...

Clear, very dark brown. Frothy beige head. Sourish roasted aroma, coffee notes. Flavour is rather thin, roasted malt, caramel and hints of licorice. Not bad - until the sourishness comes back...

Pours dark black. Tan head that doesn’t last long. Aroma is caramel, coffee, Lea & Perrins. Creamy, rather sweet, with a pleasant bitter ending.

Bottle on holiday in Mallorca. Reddy, caramel brown coloured pour with a fading greyish off white head. Aroma is sweet nutty wort, raisin, wood and a little mint. Flavour is composed of raw nutty malts, some charred wood, raisin, little dried apple. Palate is semi sweet, moderate to high carbonation. Lingering nutty malts and a little mint. OK. Maybe a little hot ferment.
