Non filtered, non pasteurised beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Wheat triple with the slightly sour yet mainly sweet touch of wheat malt. Full-mouthed, cloudy. With a fine, dense head like a blob of cream. The Hofelf equals pure delight.

Fully hazy orange-yellow beer with a small white head. Solvent, glue, plywood, yeast (very young, brewer admitted). Yeast , estery, solvent, nearly meaty, but typically chemically tasting. Retronasal fully glue. Typical worts slickness, body from unfermented worts. As such, it is horrible. I agree the beer deserves another try. But then again, it ought not to be served that unfinished.
