Bottle. Blonde. Soft citric peppery aroma. Malty yet dry, peppery flavor with hints of citrus. Soft herbal notes. Nice.

An orange-yellow beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma is nicely aromatic, flowers and fruitness, hint of spicyness. Taste has fruitness, surprisingly some alcohol, strong spicyness. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Good beer.

Draft at Bier Baron Tavern. Poured a very light copper color with a medium sized fluffy white head. Aroma was a bit too sweet. Light sweet malts, very mild funky notes, but missing some of the funky notes I was really hoping.

Decent saison. Guaranteed if this was made in U.S. people would rate it higher. Sharp bitter hay and light citrus. Some booze. Bitter end. Tap at Garden District.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a cloudy amber tan color with an enormous foamy orange-white head that rose over the glass, lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was very yeasty with notes of peach , apricot and citric acid. The flavor was dryish, tart and musty with perfume and golden fruits. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied.
