Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours an orange gold color with a huge soapy white head that dissipates but lingers around half-a-finger throughout. Soft peach and melon notes as well as that classic farmhouse yeast nose. Well-carbonated with some light mineral notes mid-palate. Some lemon and bitter noble hops come out as well on the palate. Slightly sweet in the background but overall quite dry, with a bitter finish. Some yeast in the finish as well. A well-done saison, if not a little safe, but very European in a good way.

Bottle at home. Tried to pour it in a 20cl tasting glass but just got foam. Eventually managed to pour a clear dark golden beer with enormous but short lasting fluffy white head. Sweet grains, peach, hay, bakers yeast and light spicy yeast, not the massive cloves or pepper kind but soft and refreshing light fruity. Almost medium sweet, light dry bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Medium bodied with insane carbonation, re-poured it into another glass to be even able to taste something, how this didn’t explode or gush is beyond me. Pretty decent classic saison overall.
