Donkerbruin bier met matig schuim. Aroma en smaak van zoethout. Smaak ebt snel weg.

Sampled from draught @ Oirschots Bierfestival 2016. Opaque black color, average sized brown head. Smell and taste malts, nice soft roast, soft liquorice, malt bitter. Medium body and suitable soft carbonation. Nice.

33cl bottle. Very dark brown pour with a medium height espresso head. Smells like roasted malts, dark chocolate, cocoa. The taste follows the same notes, a really well made Russian imperial stout, heavy on the roast and dark chocolate.

Black with dark head. Aroma is sweet and a bit woody. Thick texture. Very rich. Roast malts but also sweetness too. Almost like the sweetness of a cognac. Slight warmth from the alcohol.
