A meticulously curated blend of the best of what our barrel room holds. Kentucky Brunch takes time and care to mature, and those that take the time and care in pouring the beer will experience the development of a delayed-release, mocha hued head. Intense aromatics of espresso and maple syrup lead into bourbon drenched maple candy and chocolate brownies on the palate. The culmination of everything one would want on a chilly morning.

Brought to me in a flask, originally on tap in Copenhagen. Fantastic coffee, maple, fudge, blends perfectly on mouth, some bourbon in the back, oily, perfectly balanced. Incredibly intensive aroma filling up the room. Obviously a bit flat, but held up perfectly considering the pour date. Hopefully I'll revisit this one at some point, but this is incredibly good.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Pours black. Bourbon, syrup, molasses, dark sugars, some cinnamon on the nose. Flavour has lots of bourbon, molasses, dark brown sugar, maple syrup. Very nice, decadent pastry stout, but the hype for this is a bit absurd.

TG TTO @ M&F, pre-MBCC-2025. A lot of maple syrup and coffee, some American oak. Taste is along the same lines, very heavy and sweet. Good, but it's one dimensional and definitely overrated , lol.
