Bottle 330ml. @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting, Ulfborg ]. [ As Austmann Humledugg ].Light unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, sweet malt - caramel, hoppy, orange, dusty, light nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140301]

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes orangerotes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch nach exotischen Früchten, hopfig malzig. Geschmack fruchtig malzig, hopfig, grasig, leicht bitter.

Flaske fra polets nettbutikk: fint beige gardinskum over en noe uklar kobberbrun, velduftende øl. Smaken er slett ikke så bitter som teksten på etiketten antyder, og den er balansert av en passellig karamellsødme.Har de brukt krystallmalt mon tro? Slank for sine 6,5 - en god og lettdrikkelig øl.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14. Hazed orange amber with a well appointed light beige head that dissipates to spotting and edgework. Nose is earthy hops, bitter orange, grassy tones, apricot, mandarin, light soap. Taste comprises pithy ornage, earthy hops, light mineral bite, mandarin . Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok IPA.
