Bottle, at Nærbø Ølfestival 2013. It pours a very unclear orange-golden body under an off-white head. The aroma has tropical fruits, pineapple and pale malts. The flavor has a pleasant maltyness, with tropical fruits and a nice bitterness. Full-bodied, dry and with a nice carbonation level. Bitter finish. Nice indeed, well worth a revisit if possible, although a bit simple and straighforward. 131019

Rerate, on tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy orange colour, moderate white (or slightly off-white) head. Aroma and flavour like first sample. Original rating: 330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 6.5%. Very cloudy brown colour, moderate off-white head. Pleasant aroma of fruity and resinous hops, notes of mixed tropical fruits and citrus. Distinctly hoppy flavour, as expected from an IPA. Not very sweet, but does not feel watery. Fruity and piney notes. medium bitter finish. Well balanced and pleasant. Would buy again.

Big beige head. Brown hazy body. Resiny tropical fruit aroma with wooden spicy notes. Dry-sweet spicy resiny tropical fruit taste with minty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish resiny spicy wooden aftertaste with catty fruity notes. Not bad, but in no way an outstanding IPA. (0.33l bottle, wine monopoly web order.)

Bottled@SBWF2013. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is floral, citrusy, mildly earthy and quite strong on the malty side as well. Flavour is citrus, some floral notes, mild nectar as well as quite nicely malted. Refreshing.
