Cask at Craft Beer Co, Islington. Pours golden amber with a thin white head. Biscuit and toffee aromas, light grassy hops. Caramel sweetness on the taste, light coffee note. Decent.

RBESG August 2011, Cask P&K. Amber with a small white head. Aroma of toffee ad fruit, with a phenolic touch. Fruit and toffee also dominate the flavour

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium to dark orange amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white grey head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, light brown sugar, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110803]

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 2. Pours clear amber with a soft head. Biscuity malts in the nose, along with faint fruits and mild toffee. Flavor is lightly sweet with further bits of toffee and bready malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Basic bread and toffee finish. One-dimensional but OK.

Cask@GBBF2011. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, caramel, earth and some mild floral and flowery notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, caramel, some mild toasted and syrupy notes along with some sap.

From cask. Pours clear and golden deep amber to orange with a small white head. Aroma is caramelish and slight fruity hoppy. Dry malty, slight sweet and caramelish. Slight bitter and dry into a mild bitter finish.

Cask at Cak, Pub, and Kitchen, London. An amber beer with no head. The aroma has caramel and butterscotch. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and butterscotch, leading to a bitter finish.

@ City Arms, Wells. Golden-amber. Loose head. Raspberry and apple fruitiness on the nose - a mix of yeast and subtle hopping. Some slightly sticky toffeeish malts with a tiny bit of toastiness, fruitiness and light orchard fruit hops over top.
