Now in our latest iteration, this classic IPA is again brewed with maple syrup from Sam’s family farm in Massachusetts, while being continually hopped throughout the boil, and then dry-hopped with a slew of cascade hops. The result is a malty and earthy brew with citrusy-pine aromas, balanced by subtle maple notes.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is lightly hazy orange with tons of sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with excellent retention and nice, soapy lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine, caramel malt. Taste is floral, citrus, evergreen, bready malt backbone. Straining to get some maple syrup and maybe some cask contribution as it warms. Palate is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, the influences here are more 60-minute than 90-minute and not sure the extra dry hopping, cask conditioning and maple are adding much. Don't think you'll find a better-looking beer. At outside boundary of freshness (bottled 11/1/18) so that may have muted things a bit.

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Medium amber with thin creamy head. Aroma: oranges, caramel, fruity notes. Taste follows with some orange zest, sweet caramel, toffee, apples . Falls a bit flat at the finish, but finishes clean.

I have an appreciation for Dogfish Head. First time I see a bottle of 75 Minute I buy it, well worth the chance. Something about maple syrup? Let us proceed. The pour is into a chalice, whatever, it was handy. The color is a copper-gold, attractive and it carries a slender, almost white head. The nose gives me pine and hops, no real surprise. I take a drink, quite decent, much more forward that the smell. Lemon, pineapple, more of the hops and a moderate bitterness with that, grass, pine needles. Very approachable, very nice, maybe a six pack the next time.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with small white head. Aroma is evergreen hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and some lacing. Taste is evergreen hops and a little maple syrup. Different kind of IPA.

Solid blended IPA from Dogfish, offering up a welcome old-school piney-citrus hop profile with an understated caramel-maple sweetness and a lingering yeast-tinged bitterness on the finish. Texture seems a tad spiky for the moderate ABV, but otherwise a very good pint. Lovely hop-maple nose.

2018 12oz bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear golden copper color with a finger of foam that dissipates to a ring. Piney, resiny aromas with some toasted caramel, maple leaf, oak and orange pith and zest on the nose. Crisp and clean with some more pine, caramel, maple syrup and leafy bitterness. Mostly dry finish with a bit of toasted maple syrup and leafy bitterness. --- Beer merged from original tick of 75 Minute IPA on 14 Nov 2018 at 00:00 - Score: 7. Original review text: Pine, resin, toasted caramel, oak and maple leaf aromas. Light maple syrup sweetness w/ more pine, oak and toasted toffee. Leafy and maplely
