It’s been a minute … but 75 Minute IPA is back! What began as a cask-conditioned ale at our Rehoboth brewpub back in 2011, quickly grew to become a cult-favorite amongst craft enthusiasts. From the groucho glasses that adorned the label to it’s slightly dry and lingering bitterness, 75 Minute was (and is) beloved by many.

Now in our latest iteration, this classic IPA is again brewed with maple syrup from Sam’s family farm in Massachusetts, while being continually hopped throughout the boil, and then dry-hopped with a slew of cascade hops. The result is a malty and earthy brew with citrusy-pine aromas, balanced by subtle maple notes.

Such a strange label on this bottle. Big strong ipa presence from the start. Yes, big clean strong IPA all the way, pretty clean for an IPA. Yes, totally big blast. Rude, just like any IPA so I guess its terribly on style. No sediment, totally clear and pale yellow. Just another terribly on style IPA. Surprizingly, it has pretty good co2 across the continuum.

12 ounce bottle. Amber orange pour. Bubbly beige head. Clinging lace. Toasted malt nose hints at raw sugar and spicy hops. Toasted malt flavor upfront. Spicy hops hint at pine and maple syrup. Complex and flavorful. Just what you'd expect at 75 minutes. A bit of dankness and bitterness in finish. Very well done.

Cask at brewery. Hazy orange colour, medium-sized white head. Citrus, fruity, even a bit funky aroma. Medium-bodied. Soft palate. Flavour is similar with citrusy and fruity flavour added with some funky notes. Then noticed that this is with whole leaf hops and marple syrup.

Bottle. Very delishious. While between the 60 and 90 min, I’d still rate both above the 75, but it’s still an outstanding beer

Pours from a bottle a cloudy dark amber with a pillowy off-white head. Not sure what I’m missing here. Aroma is floral hops, maybe Cascade? Flavor is a nuanced, but underwhelming sweet hop blend. Finishes fine.
