On a quest to brew a witbier chock full of flavor, Namaste White digs deep into our culinary roots using ingredients of dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and a bit of coriander for a refreshing and sessionable experience.
“A twist on the usual witbier - complex in its aroma, simultaneously refreshing and contemplative.” - Paste
With notes of clove and subtle coriander, you'll find flavors of citrus and sweet malt, with a slightly spicy finish for a zesty mouthfeel.
Originally brewed in tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen Brewery in Belgium after a devastating setback to their business in 2009, Namaste White is a witbier bursting with good karma.

Bottle pour. Pours golden with a really nice orange peel aroma. Really like the orange and lemon flavor in this. Very nice drinking beer here. One of the better wits in my opinion.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Hazy pale yellow. Pleasant lemony aroma with coriander and wheat. Slightly tart flavor, lemony, with lemongrass, wheat, light sweetness, coriander and a drier spicier finish. Light-bodied. Refreshing.

Light sourness, light funk and some odd elements going on here. Hard to tell with Dogfish head. Finishes with light sweetness and light sourness. Palate is interesting. Tap at Summerfest DC.

bottle - Pours hazy light gold with a small white head. It smells of spice and lemons. The flavor is of sweet wheat malt. It’s fruity and spicy with mild bitterness. It’s light bodied, a bit thin and interesting. Fairly good.

Very peppery to me along with the usual suspects of coriander, clove, and let's not forget the orange thingy going on.
