375ml bottle. 2019? Somewhat murky deep red with a pink head that doesn't last. Brooding berry and berry skin aroma with old lemon, the barn, a touch of Germolene ointment. Pretty much how it tastes too, complete with the Germolene. Medium low carbonation. Brooding sourness, not sharp. Woody with lots of berry skin, old lemon. I liked the balance between fruit and sour and the presence on the tongue, gums and lips.

Sympatyczne te jagody, zwlaszcza, ze w rownowadze z sianowato-skorzana-ciutoborowa dzikoscia. W uscie moze troszke zbyt kwasne jak na moj gust. Dlugie posmaki. Juz spora wytrawnosc, troszke taniczne.

Bottle. Color: Intense purplish red, hazy, dense pink head. Aroma: Very fruity with quite a lot of funk, as usual from De Cam. Taste: Fruity blueberries, accompanied by quite a lot of barnyard funk and oak wood. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Moderate tart and moderate sweet. Medium body, low carbonation. Nice one, could have had a little more carbonation in my opinion.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Aningen mer rosa än rött vin. Pigg syra och riktigt mycket bör, ganska vinös med druvighet,fat och både strama och lättare tanniner. Torr och krispig. Mycket gott.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark reddish color lambic with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of sour blueberry notes with some wet leather and funky barnyard notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is also a good mix of blueberry notes with loads of wet leather notes, some oak and some funky barnyard notes with some sour notes and some noticeable acidity. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable fruit lambic but maybe a tad overwhelming on the acidity side.

A mix between what I like and what I dislike about this brewery. The like is their use of fruit: lots, jammy, whilst still remaining a nicely sour lambic in the first place. The dislike is that their things can be pretty sulfuric. Luckily quite low here.
