Cidre Bouché is created using the traditional method of the Pays d'Auge. Full of fruit and freshness, the taste reveals the aromas of apples and citrus with finesse ("cidre bouché" is a generic term for traditional cider, literally "cider under cork").

Bottle shared on MV. Vintage 2010. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, fluffy white head. Medium sweet flavour, essentially no signs of age, faint musty cellar, ripe apples, a little honey. Medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, subtly drying, more well ripened apples. Outstanding.

Dark yellow colour. Powerful nice apple aroma. Powerful realy nice semidry apple flavor. Some barnyrad notes. Long nice complex finish. Creamy palate. Great cider.
